Which folder on my FTP site do I upload files to?

When you connect to your FTP site there will be one folder for each domain name you have set-up for the HostDIRECT service. All files for your website should be placed inside the respective domain folder. You can store off-line files outside the domain name folders.

What is this 'stats' directory inside the domain folder and why can't I delete it?
The stats directory is used for storage and generation of your website statistics. You cannot access or remove this directory as it is part of the internal workings of your HostDIRECT account.
I've uploaded my site but when I try to access it with my web browser it says
'Directory Listing Denied' Why?
Your front page must be called index.html or index.htm. This is the page the server looks for when serving your site to a client. If this page is not found you will receive 'Directory Listing Denied' error.

Also ensure you have uploaded your site inside the respective domain name folder.
I've uploaded my site and I have uploaded an index file called index.html as
I'm required to but when I view my site it still comes up with RegisterDIRECT's
place holder page. Why?
The pages you upload to the server are case sensitive. If you check your file list on your FTP account you will most likely see two index.html files. One will be all lowercase while the other one will have some uppercase characters. The index file you upload must be all lowercase.
I want to send a message from my website using a form. Do you have a form mailer
and how do I use it?

Example HTML:

<form method="POST" action="">
<input type="hidden" name="to" value="">
<input type="hidden" name="subject" value="The Message Subject">
<input type="hidden" name="next_url" value="">
